9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable shipping costs.

10. Trade & B2B Accounts

Garsen Golf Europe welcomes trade and professional customers through our dedicated B2B Trade Account programme, operated by Over The Top Golf Ltd.

  • Trade Accounts are available to approved golf retailers, pro shops and fitters.

  • Trade transactions are governed by separate commercial terms and are not covered by consumer cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Trade customers are responsible for ensuring all products are marketed, represented, and sold in accordance with Garsen Golf brand standards.

  • Payment terms, credit arrangements, and volume discounts will be agreed individually upon approval.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke Trade Account privileges if terms are breached or misuse is identified.
