1. Overview

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your Garsen Grips for a refund within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
Applies to purchases via ottgolf.com or directly from Over The Top Golf Ltd.

2. Returns Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unfitted, and in original packaging.
  • All packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Installed/cut/altered grips aren’t eligible.
  • No restocking fees.
  • No “final sale” exclusions — all standard items qualify.

4. How to Return

  1. Email info@ottgolf.com within 14 days of receipt to request a Returns Authorisation (RA).
  2. Pack securely, include order details, and write the RA number on the outer box.
  3. Send to:

Customer provides return shipping. Use a tracked and insured service; you’re responsible until we receive the parcel.

5. Refunds

  • Processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
  • Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless goods were faulty or sent in error.
  • You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If items arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email info@ottgolf.com within 30 days with your order number and photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable shipping.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Exchanges

Email info@ottgolf.com within 14 days to request an exchange.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received in acceptable condition.

8. International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping, customs forms, and any duties.
  • Mark parcels “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value.”
  • Fees charged to us due to incorrect declarations may be deducted from your refund.
