1. Shipping From
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre at:

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2pm or over a weekend will be processed on the next working day.
- If any product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly with the expected restock date and offer an alternative or refund.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
During busy periods such as promotions or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and chosen courier service.
All costs are displayed before payment is confirmed.
From time to time, we may offer free or promotional shipping within certain regions or order thresholds, clearly advertised on our website.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking details within two working days of placing your order, please contact info@ottgolf.com for assistance.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient at checkout.
- We recommend checking local customs guidelines before placing your order.
If you refuse delivery due to import charges, we can only refund the product cost once it is safely returned to us, less any return shipping or customs fees incurred.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
We aim to meet all delivery times, but delays may occur due to:
- Courier network disruptions,
- Customs inspections,
- Incomplete address information, or
- Circumstances beyond our control (weather events, strikes, or global transport issues).
We will always assist in resolving courier or customs issues where possible.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
9. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for updates;
- Confirm with local couriers or neighbours if the parcel has been left safely;
- If the parcel remains missing, please contact info@ottgolf.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will open an investigation with DPD, FedEx, or UPS, and offer a replacement or refund once the investigation concludes.
10. Split or Back-Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.
You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.
Pre-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
